- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transaction value.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holiday seasons.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred, with a focus on customer service and client relationship management.
Salary range of $19.00-$20.00 per hour, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and commissions.
