- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize each transaction and enhance sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
- Continuously seek feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning environment.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion with an awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred, with a strong track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Salary range of $23-24 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
