- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients of new collection arrivals, in-store events, and brand initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are regularly updated and accurate.
- Demonstrate a continuous learning attitude by actively seeking feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of fairness and respect among associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury setting.
$22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
