- Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profile records regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous training.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $20.00-22.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
