- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transactions and enhance key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated and maintained.
- Maintain a learning attitude by actively seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge across all collections by engaging with training resources provided by the company.
- Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts, light cleaning duties, and maintaining visual standards such as merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
