- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Advanced sales techniques including cross-selling and upselling.
- Strong client relationship management.
- High level of product knowledge and fashion trend awareness.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
