- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and appointment setting.
- Cultivate new client relationships and maintain existing ones by informing clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client profile records to nurture strong client relationships.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback exchange with colleagues and management to enhance personal development.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $24.00-$26.00 per hour, plus discretionary bonus and commission eligibility.
