- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among associates.
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $22.00-25.00/hr (plus overtime eligibility).
