- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients about new collection arrivals, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve sales metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, routinely updating client profile records.
- Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to maintain an open, learning attitude.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
- Ensure visual standards are upheld, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week, including three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
Salary range of $22.00-25.00/hr plus overtime eligibility.
