- Implement comprehensive visual merchandising guidelines and functions.
- Manage visual merchandising guidelines, display zoning plans, and visual tools.
- Oversee and monitor special projects such as store openings, event setups, and pop-up stores.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports.
- Conduct visual merchandising training for retail store teams.
- Perform regular store visits in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Source and coordinate with vendors for props production, seasonal installations, and lightbox installations.
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
