1. Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team in meeting individual goals.
3. Maximize business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive sales.
5. Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff client books and propose action plans.
6. Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, managing relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the store, register, and back office management.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team with organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong product knowledge and understanding of brand philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season.
6. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within retail.

Annual base salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, plus discretionary bonus.
