Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager

1. Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and company image.
2. Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team in meeting individual sales goals.
3. Maximize business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support growth.
5. Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff’s client books and propose action plans.
6. Assist with recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions.
8. Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele and manage customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions: open and close the store, manage register and back office.
11. Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work in a team and possess organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong knowledge of products and philosophy of the brand.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

Annual salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 plus commission eligibility.
