Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager

- Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and company image.
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team in meeting individual goals.
- Maximize business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance competencies and support growth.
- Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
- Assist in recruiting store associates and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele, managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including store opening, closing, and back office management.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work in a team with organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.
A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within retail is required.
Annual salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 plus commission eligibility.
