1. Report to the Regional Wholesale Director for Greater China and APAC.
2. Assist in budgeting, order management, and sales target reporting to headquarters.
3. Collaborate with the Wholesale Director to establish KPIs for regional wholesale and travel retail partners.
4. Develop departmental strategies and goals, including tactics and action plans to achieve objectives.
5. Conduct monthly evaluations of sell-in and sell-out metrics, supervise stock on hand and replenishment to optimize partner performance.
6. Maintain strong partnerships with wholesale and travel retail clients to enhance business growth.
7. Ensure consistent brand image across all points of sale, including partner selection, assortment, location, display, and customer service.
8. Conduct product training for wholesale boutiques.
9. Prepare for buying sessions with partners, aligning on open-to-buy, merchandising directions, and developing session materials.
10. Monitor seasonal patterns, industry standards, and key trends, including competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
11. Collaborate with departments such as retail merchandising, marketing, store design, logistics, customer service, and finance to enhance company performance.
12. Provide general administrative support to the Wholesale Department.
13. Plan and execute regular visits to partner locations.
14. Support team projects and events within the Wholesale Market.

1. Minimum of 6-8 years of wholesale experience in the luxury retail industry.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal partners.
2. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Fluency in Chinese and English.
