- Report to the Regional Wholesale Director for Greater China and APAC.
- Assist in budgeting, order management, and sales target reporting to headquarters.
- Collaborate with the Wholesale Director to establish KPIs for regional wholesale and travel retail partners.
- Develop departmental strategies and goals, including tactics and action plans to achieve objectives.
- Conduct monthly evaluations of sell-in and sell-out metrics, supervise stock on hand and replenishment to optimize partner performance.
- Maintain strong partnerships with wholesale and travel retail clients to enhance business growth.
- Ensure consistent brand image across all points of sale, including partner selection, assortment, location, display, and customer service.
- Conduct product training for wholesale boutiques.
- Prepare for buying sessions with partners, aligning on open-to-buy, merchandising directions, and developing session materials.
- Monitor seasonal patterns, industry standards, and key trends, including competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with departments such as retail merchandising, marketing, store design, logistics, customer service, and finance to enhance company performance.
- Provide general administrative support to the Wholesale Department.
- Plan and execute regular visits to partner locations.
- Support team projects and events within the Wholesale Market.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of wholesale experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
