Alfred Dunhill Stock Control Assistant

- Assist in end-to-end stock control to ensure efficient and accurate flow of raw materials and finished goods in the Bespoke Leather department.
- Support the Manufacturing Manager and the Bespoke Leather team to meet production and quality targets.
- Process orders in a timely manner to meet manufacturing and customer demands.
- Manage goods receipt and invoice queries to complete all purchases.
- Handle price changes and purchase order amendments.
- Maintain up-to-date records and communicate updates to the wider business.
- Manage stock inventory and in-transit goods on site and in SAP.
- Maintain stock locations in an organized manner.
- Act as the point person for courier and freight forwarder queries and bookings.
- Issue materials to the leather team as jobs are allocated by the Manufacturing Manager.
- Proactively move stock from work-in-progress to/from the warehouse.
- Facilitate communication and problem-solving across warehouse and workshop locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills.
- Experience working with SAP is desirable.

Experience in a stock control or supply chain role, preferably within a luxury goods environment.
Exposure to key decision-makers and influential individuals within the Richemont Group.
