Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in end-to-end stock control for the Bespoke Leather department.
- Support the Manufacturing Manager and the Bespoke Leather team to meet production and quality targets.
- Ensure timely processing of orders to meet manufacturing and customer demands.
- Manage price changes and purchase order amendments.
- Maintain up-to-date records and communicate updates to the wider business.
- Manage stock inventory and in-transit goods on-site and in SAP.
- Maintain organized stock locations.
- Handle courier and freight forwarder queries and bookings.
- Issue materials to the leather team as allocated by the Manufacturing Manager.
- Facilitate stock movement between the workshop and warehouse.
- Act as the point person for communication and problem-solving across locations.
Qualifications
- Experience working in SAP is desirable.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent team player.
- Flexible and positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Problem-solving skills, resourceful and pragmatic.
Experience Requirements
Experience in stock control or a related field is preferred.
