Alfred Dunhill Merchandiser

- Collaborate with the Brand Director and Retail team to develop and implement merchandising plans for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan's Retail and Wholesale sectors.
- Review seasonal collections against merchandising plans to ensure alignment with company targets.
- Communicate key global product initiatives to the Retail team and coordinate their launch according to the agreed plan.
- Maintain strong relationships with design and merchandising teams at headquarters, providing regular market feedback.
- Support Retail and Wholesale businesses with core and seasonal product knowledge to drive sales and enhance service.
- Coordinate pricing strategies, including mark-up, markdown, and sell-through targets, with the Retail team and Brand Director.
- Enhance merchandising systems and processes, including sales analysis, OTB management, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure accurate and timely replenishments and allocations in collaboration with HQ, warehouse, and boutiques.
- Manage shipment releases, cross-check invoices, and follow up on credit notes.
- Conduct trend presentations and seasonal collection training workshops.
- Initiate and monitor product rebalancing or regrouping.
- Prepare regular merchandise reports and analyses for management review.
- Lead quality assurance efforts and manage after-sales services, including defectives follow-up and spare parts management.
- Monitor and report quality issues to relevant parties.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Outgoing and positive attitude with multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical sensitivity.
- Independent working capability.
- Strong learning ability and diligence.
- Excellent team player with administrative skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree.
