- Develop and manage the optimal range plan and assortment for Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories based on brand vision and market analysis.
- Ensure alignment with development timelines, open-to-buy (OTB), margin, and inventory targets.
- Lead the preparation of seasonal briefs for design and development teams, incorporating competitor intelligence.
- Collaborate with regional merchandising teams and commercial partners to develop capsules and special projects.
- Oversee range planning and manage product lifecycle, including launches and discontinuations.
- Work closely with Product Development to review product information, costs, and margins.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to analyze product and collection performance using key indicators.
- Prepare seasonal hindsight analysis and ad hoc reports for Accessories.
- Define action plans in response to sales trends in collaboration with business planning and supply chain teams.
- Manage key product merchandising tools and ensure accurate product information upload.
- Propose international price positioning and oversee critical path to meet development deadlines.
- Support Visual Merchandising in adjusting guidelines to optimize localized performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and PR to support key product launches.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key business partners.
- Results-driven and dynamic with a strategic mindset.
- Resourceful problem solver with a pragmatic approach.
A minimum of 5 years in merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on accessories.
