- Maximize sales revenue within the store while building a strong client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
- Supervise and train Sales Consultants, ensuring they meet customer service and sales standards.
- Optimize sales by attracting new clients and developing existing ones.
- Ensure stock levels are maximized and correctly labeled on the shop floor.
- Coordinate in-store promotional events.
- Exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Maintain merchandising standards in line with the brand's image.
- Ensure all store systems and procedures are followed accurately.
- Support the Store Manager in managing the CRM database.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Be a key holder responsible for store security.
- Educated up to A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Qualification in service industry, fashion, or tailoring (preferred)
- Training in Leadership/Management skills (preferred)

Educated up to A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
