- Oversee the seasonal and continuity assortment for Leathergoods, Hard Products, and Footwear across all markets, ensuring alignment with brand image and competitiveness.
- Identify in-season opportunities to achieve budgeted sales and meet company targets on margin and inventory.
- Manage seasonal buying campaigns and continuity for Leathergoods, Hard Products, and Footwear, ensuring alignment with sales plans and target sell-through percentages.
- Coordinate pre- and post-buy activities using the Anaplan Retail Buy tool, collaborating with regional merchandisers to ensure KPI completion.
- Own seasonal and continuity range plans, maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring accurate recording and sharing with the production team.
- Define setup quantities by region and store for planned seasonal launches, adjusting based on market and production updates.
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to define continuity assortments, ensuring best sellers remain in stock.
- Coordinate seasonal launches with the Logistics team, defining prioritization plans in case of production issues or delays.
- Regularly review in-season floor set performances to identify trends and propose stock consolidation to enhance sell-through and inventory availability.
- Maintain dynamic communication with Logistics and Production teams to ensure alignment following fabric precommitment sessions and buy campaigns.
- Support ad hoc projects related to merchandising activities.
- Numerate and accurate with strong analytical skills.
