- Execute and plan innovative VIP and community engagement strategies aligned with Dunhill's brand vision and business objectives.
- Leverage collaboration opportunities with the Global Head of PR to enhance brand visibility and positioning within luxury markets.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key VIP clients, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Curate personalized experiences for VIP clientele, ensuring exceptional service at all interactions, from private appointments to exclusive events.
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-profile events, including product launches, client and press/community dinners, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with external vendors, artists, and cultural institutions to create unique, memorable experiences that align with Dunhill's brand identity.
- Design and implement community engagement programs that foster a sense of belonging among Dunhill clients and stakeholders.
- Develop partnerships with cultural, artistic, and fashion institutions to enhance brand recognition and community involvement.
- Utilize an extensive network within the luxury lifestyle sector to identify potential opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and brand ambassadorships.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, representing Dunhill and building relationships that further the brand’s reach and influence.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of VIP and community initiatives, using metrics to inform strategy and improve future engagements.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on engagement metrics, event performance, and strategic insights.
- Monitor budgets for all events and VIP/Community activations, ensuring no overspend.
- Work closely with all regional heads across their VIP and events strategy, ensuring timely feedback delivery.
- Proven track record in VIP relations and event management within the luxury sector.
- Extensive network within the menswear fashion scene, as well as film, sports, arts, and hospitality industries.

Significant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or lifestyle industry, with a focus on VIP relations and event management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
