- Deliver exceptional barber services, including cutting, styling, and wet shaves, adhering to the highest industry and luxury client standards.
- Ensure personal, discreet, and confidential service for all guests.
- Maintain compliance with Health and Safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Set, monitor, and develop sales KPIs to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with the Bourdon House Team to promote barber services and exceed client expectations.
- Encourage cross-selling of retail products and enhance the full store experience for clients.
- Perform administrative duties efficiently and within company timelines.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback to continually improve services.
- Network with neighboring businesses to drive external traffic to the barbershop.
- Organize events to enhance client retention and acquisition.
- Lead, coach, and develop the barber staff to meet performance standards and grow the business.
- Engage the team through strong leadership and clear objective setting.
- Support recruitment and selection processes to maintain high staff standards.
- Foster trust and loyalty through fair and consistent leadership.
- Educated up to A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
- Qualification in the barber industry (preferred).
- Significant experience in a luxury barber/salon environment.
- Professional demeanor and grooming reflecting a luxury brand.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in working with people.
- Articulate and confident communication.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven sales track record.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
A well-rounded background in barbering is essential, with commercial awareness of the luxury market and high-end barber services. Experience in cash handling, dealing with high-profile clients, and working in a target-driven environment is required. Preferred experience includes liaising with senior management and working in a corporate setting.
Educated up to A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
