Swatch seeks a Full‑Time Sales Lead in Edmonton, Alberta (West Edmonton Mall) to lead boutique sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations at the West Edmonton Mall location, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling.
  • Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through coaching, motivation and hands-on selling alongside the team.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships using personalized selling and clienteling techniques.
  • Ensure merchandising standards, brand visual guidelines and product presentation are consistently applied.
  • Manage inventory processes, stock replenishment and basic loss-prevention measures in accordance with corporate procedures.
  • Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and point-of-sale operations; conduct regular performance feedback.
  • Liaise with district management on promotions, staff planning and local business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably in watches, jewellery, accessories or fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mentality.
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills for inventory control and daily reporting.
  • Right to work in Canada and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in retail management, fashion, business or a related discipline preferred.
