Swatch is hiring a Retail Store Manager in King of Prussia, PA to lead boutique operations and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin and KPI objectives.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; conduct performance reviews and create individualized development plans.
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalized clienteling to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Oversee visual merchandising and in-store presentation to uphold brand standards and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, forecasts and local budgets; implement corrective actions to maximise commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, after‑sales service processes and local regulations.
- Coordinate with regional management, wholesale and after-sales teams on launches, events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (minimum 3 years) managing a retail boutique or store team, preferably within watchmaking, jewellery or luxury fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills with experience in coaching and staff development.
- Deep customer‑oriented mindset and experience in clienteling and VIP client relationship management.
- Knowledge of inventory control, loss prevention and retail operational processes.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; reliable local commute to King of Prussia, PA.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail management experience, with preference given to candidates from watchmaking, jewellery or luxury goods backgrounds who have managed boutique teams and delivered sustained commercial results.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
