Sephora Inventory Control Associate

1. Perform inventory control activities such as overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research missing products for orders and handle damaged products in accordance with company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area cleanliness and organization per established company procedures.
9. Adhere to all safety rules and report any safety violations.
10. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
11. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
12. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.

1. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn it.
3. Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills and numerical matching ability.
5. Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
7. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred, but not required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
