Rimowa Omnichannel Intern — New York. Paid 10‑week summer internship (June 2026) supporting e‑commerce, retail and client experience initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and operational coordination of omnichannel initiatives linking e‑commerce, retail stores, and clienteling activities across North America.
  • Proofread, test and QA North America marketing communications (email, SMS, digital) to ensure copy, landing pages, creative rendering and brand messaging are aligned across channels.
  • Audit and manage edits to Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Product Listing Pages (PLPs) for accuracy, grammar, consistency and brand compliance.
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of weekly SMS campaigns and prepare the website for new product launches across the US, Canada and Mexico.
  • Merchandise and maintain relevant product listing pages weekly to reflect cross‑channel campaigns and retail priorities.
  • Create and maintain reporting and dashboards to track omnichannel performance (e‑commerce KPIs, store impact, client engagement) and document results.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis on omnichannel innovation and client experience best practices.
  • Participate in weekly global e‑commerce team meetings and present findings to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
  • Support ad‑hoc omnichannel projects as directed, which may include product photoshoots, content production and customer experience improvement projects.
  • Manage the omnichannel calendar to synchronize launches, marketing activity (NL, SMS), events and retail priorities.

Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to grammar and brand tone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical aptitude with interest in customer journey optimization and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, and take initiative as a self‑starter.
  • Familiarity with luxury retail and clienteling language; strong sense of client experience and brand standards.
  • Preferred: exposure to e‑commerce operations, CRM or clienteling tools, and digital marketing workflows.
