Rimowa Omnichannel Intern

1. Support the execution and operational coordination of omnichannel initiatives linking e‑commerce, retail stores, and clienteling activities across North America.
2. Proofread, test and QA North America marketing communications (email, SMS, digital) to ensure copy, landing pages, creative rendering and brand messaging are aligned across channels.
3. Audit and manage edits to Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Product Listing Pages (PLPs) for accuracy, grammar, consistency and brand compliance.
4. Assist with the creation and scheduling of weekly SMS campaigns and prepare the website for new product launches across the US, Canada and Mexico.
5. Merchandise and maintain relevant product listing pages weekly to reflect cross‑channel campaigns and retail priorities.
6. Create and maintain reporting and dashboards to track omnichannel performance (e‑commerce KPIs, store impact, client engagement) and document results.
7. Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis on omnichannel innovation and client experience best practices.
8. Participate in weekly global e‑commerce team meetings and present findings to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
9. Support ad‑hoc omnichannel projects as directed, which may include product photoshoots, content production and customer experience improvement projects.
10. Manage the omnichannel calendar to synchronize launches, marketing activity (NL, SMS), events and retail priorities.

1. Current undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university and eligible to work in the United States.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to grammar and brand tone.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical aptitude with interest in customer journey optimization and performance reporting.
4. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, and take initiative as a self‑starter.
5. Familiarity with luxury retail and clienteling language; strong sense of client experience and brand standards.
6. Preferred: exposure to e‑commerce operations, CRM or clienteling tools, and digital marketing workflows.
