Rimowa Client Advisor

1. Deliver first‑class, consultative customer service to build and deepen client relationships and achieve individual CRM and sales targets.
2. Act as the primary after‑sales contact: manage enquiries, coordinate repairs with the technical team and ensure timely returns to customers.
3. Perform on‑site minor repairs and quality checks, ensuring products meet RIMOWA’s exacting standards before handover.
4. Record and update client interactions and sales activity in the CRM to support loyalty and retention initiatives.
5. Represent the brand in store through impeccable presentation, product knowledge and adherence to RIMOWA sales protocols.
6. Collaborate with store colleagues and the wider LVMH network on promotions, client events and operational tasks during the contract period (1 Jan–31 Mar).

1. Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium goods.
2. Proven track record in consultative selling and meeting individual CRM targets.
3. Demonstrable experience handling after‑sales processes and coordinating product repairs.
4. Highly service‑oriented with excellent verbal communication and relationship‑building skills.
5. Availability for the fixed‑term assignment from 1 January to 31 March; willingness to work on site and flexible retail hours.
