Prada Store Manager

1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
7. Manage the store's operating budget and control expenses.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
10. Promote a culture of private appointments.
11. Foster an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
12. Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
13. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations.
15. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
16. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
17. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
18. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
19. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Fluency in local language and English.
