1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront, understanding their needs and expectations, and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure the highest level of service both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture, and brand DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop personalized approaches and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers with informed advice.
9. Resolve client complaints in liaison with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Operate with utmost care for the products and utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participate in daily store operations, and maintain an organized stock room.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
