Officine Panerai in Milan seeks a Public Relations Intern to support PR, media relations, events and content creation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the press office in drafting press releases, media alerts, briefing notes and press kits tailored to editors and luxury trade publications.
- Maintain and update media and influencer contact lists; coordinate journalist enquiries and facilitate interviews, test drives and showroom appointments.
- Monitor, compile and summarise press coverage and media clippings for weekly reports and KPI tracking.
- Assist in planning and executing PR events, product previews and press previews, including logistics, guest lists and onsite coordination.
- Contribute to content creation for press materials and social channels, including basic copywriting, photo selection and captioning.
- Manage sample logistics and press loan procedures, ensuring meticulous tracking and return handling.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the communications team, including expense processing, calendar management and database upkeep.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgement and attention to tone and accuracy.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.
- A keen interest in luxury goods, horology or fashion, with sensitivity to brand heritage and creative storytelling.
- Proactive team player with discretion handling confidential materials; prior exposure to media environments is an advantage.

Experience
Previous internship experience within PR, communications, fashion or luxury goods is preferred; experience supporting events and media outreach is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
