Michael Kors Stock Associate

1. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
2. Manage inventory activities including receiving, unpacking, ticketing and replenishment.
3. Execute shipping and receiving procedures and maintain accurate shipping/receiving paperwork.
4. Participate in cycle counts and full inventories, reconciling discrepancies as directed.
5. Comply with Point-of-Sale (POS) policies; perform register functions and cash-handling accurately.
6. Support customer service by assisting sales staff, building client relationships and resolving client concerns.
7. Adhere to scheduled work hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development sessions.

1. Minimum two years retail experience, preferably with inventory or stockroom duties.
2. Demonstrable experience with POS operations and basic cash-handling procedures.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling, including lifting, carrying and organizing merchandise.
4. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Strong attention to detail, reliability and a client-focused attitude.

Minimum of two years of retail experience, with hands-on involvement in stockroom operations, inventory control and POS transactions; luxury retail experience is advantageous.
