1. Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom.
2. Execute shipping and receiving procedures, including inspection, processing and documentation of incoming merchandise.
3. Perform merchandise replenishment, ticketing and accurate stocking with speed and attention to presentation standards.
4. Support the selling team with inventory needs and customer‑facing requests, prioritising the client experience.
5. Operate omnichannel fulfilment tasks to drive online and in‑store sales using available systems and technology.
6. Sustain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the business day.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
2. Energetic, proactive and results‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
3. Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Organised and technologically comfortable with retail systems.
