1. Receive, inspect and accurately process incoming merchandise and shipments.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient inventory retrieval and visual standards.
3. Replenish the sales floor and execute markdowns, transfers and backstock moves as directed.
4. Support inventory control through cycle counts, stock reconciliations and discrepancy reporting.
5. Assist sales team with product pulls, special requests and floor set changes.
6. Maintain loss-prevention, safety and housekeeping standards in the stockroom and receiving area.

1. Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
2. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Ability to lift and move merchandise and boxes regularly; physical stamina for stockroom duties.
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow directional and task-based instructions.
5. Previous retail, stockroom or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
