1. Receive, unpack, inspect and process incoming shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Label, tag and store merchandise in the stockroom according to company procedures and merchandising plans.
3. Replenish the sales floor, execute floor moves, and support visual merchandising standards to maintain presentation.
4. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations and audits to support loss-prevention goals.
5. Maintain a clean, organised and safe stockroom environment and comply with health & safety guidelines.
6. Support store team with back-of-house tasks, including preparing merchandise for displays and responding to floor requests.

1. Reliable punctuality and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
2. Ability to lift and move merchandise safely (typical retail requirement up to 25–50 lbs) and sustain periods of standing and walking.
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational aptitude for accurate stock handling and record-keeping.
4. Customer-focused attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with sales and visual merchandising teams.
5. Previous retail, warehouse or stockroom experience preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
