1. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor in accordance with visual standards.
2. Receive, unpack, inspect and process incoming shipments; complete all required shipping/receiving paperwork.
3. Manage stockroom inventory and replenish floor merchandise accurately and promptly.
4. Execute Point-of-Sale and register functions in compliance with company policies.
5. Participate in scheduled inventories and assist with stock counts and reconciliation.
6. Adhere to assigned work schedule, time-and-attendance procedures, and participate in store training programs.
7. Deliver the highest level of customer service when interacting with clients on the sales floor.

1. Reliable availability including weekends and peak season hours.
2. Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, moving and organizing merchandise and cartons.
3. Basic numeracy and attention to detail for inventory and register duties.
4. Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to participate in store training.
5. Clean legal authorization to work in the United States.

Entry-level retail or stockroom experience preferred; prior experience in a fast-paced retail environment or luxury brand is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
