1. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, upholding visual standards throughout the day
2. Execute shipping and receiving protocols, process deliveries and ensure accurate handling of inbound/outbound merchandise
3. Perform replenishment, stock rotation and inventory control tasks with speed and attention to detail
4. Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience during peak periods and assisting with back-of-house needs
5. Utilize omnichannel tools and retail technology to drive online-to-store and in-store-to-online sales

1. Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or stockroom experience
2. Customer-service focused with a demonstrable ability to support sales colleagues
3. Organized, technologically comfortable and able to operate retail systems and omnichannel tools
4. Energetic, adaptable and able to perform tasks quickly while maintaining high standards

At least one year of relevant retail or stockroom experience, preferably within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
