Michael Kors Stock Associate

- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor through regular replenishment and visual merchandising support
- Manage stockroom inventory, including receiving, unpacking, tagging and correct storage of merchandise
- Execute shipping and receiving procedures and related paperwork in accordance with store policy
- Support and participate in regular inventory counts and reconciliation activities
- Operate register functions and comply with Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
- Deliver high standards of customer service, support clienteling and help resolve client issues promptly
- Adhere to scheduled hours, punctuality and participate in required training and team meetings
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Physical ability to lift, carry and move merchandise and stock cartons safely
- Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy for inventory counts and paperwork
- Clear verbal communication and a client-service orientation
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale procedures and basic register operation (preferred)

- Merchandise replenishment and visual presentation
- Clienteling / client book support
- Customer service and complaint resolution
Previous retail, stockroom or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience with POS systems, inventory counts and shipping/receiving processes is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
