Michael Kors Stock Associate

1. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor through regular replenishment and visual merchandising support
2. Manage stockroom inventory, including receiving, unpacking, tagging and correct storage of merchandise
3. Execute shipping and receiving procedures and related paperwork in accordance with store policy
4. Support and participate in regular inventory counts and reconciliation activities
5. Operate register functions and comply with Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
6. Deliver high standards of customer service, support clienteling and help resolve client issues promptly
7. Adhere to scheduled hours, punctuality and participate in required training and team meetings

1. Reliable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule
2. Physical ability to lift, carry and move merchandise and stock cartons safely
3. Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy for inventory counts and paperwork
4. Clear verbal communication and a client-service orientation
5. Familiarity with Point-of-Sale procedures and basic register operation (preferred)

Previous retail, stockroom or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience with POS systems, inventory counts and shipping/receiving processes is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
