1. Maintain selling floor and stockroom in an organised, clean and fully stocked condition throughout the day
2. Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including processing incoming deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
3. Perform stock tasks—receiving, tagging, restocking and remerchandising—with speed and accuracy
4. Support the selling team with replenishment and operational needs while prioritizing the customer experience
5. Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available in-store tools and technology to fulfil orders and support customers

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
2. Customer-service focused with a proven ability to support a sales team
3. Energetic, motivated and results-driven with strong attention to detail
4. Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale and inventory systems; organised and reliable
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment and manage multiple tasks

At least 1 year of relevant retail experience, ideally with hands-on stockroom, receiving and replenishment responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
