Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

- Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling, clientelling and elevated service.
- Coach, supervise and develop sales associates to maximise individual and store sales performance.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through active management of client books and follow-up on post-sale activity (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to secure client satisfaction and preserve brand reputation.
- Support store operations including cash controls, risk management, inventory management, shipping/receiving and participation in inventories.
- Execute and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor is organised, stocked and brand-compliant.
- Enforce professional image and grooming standards and adhere to scheduling, time and attendance policies.
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience, with demonstrated selling success.
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams and to drive measurable sales improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining brand standards and client confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; valid driver’s licence preferred if role requires offsite product transfers.

Minimum two years of specialty retail experience, with prior responsibility for sales targets; supervisory or lead experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in retail, visual merchandising or business is an advantage.
