Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Supervise daily store operations including key opening and closing procedures and associated operational tasks.
2. Coach, mentor and motivate sales staff to meet individual and store sales targets while upholding brand standards.
3. Drive sales through clienteling, personalised styling guidance and by fostering long-term customer relationships.
4. Support upper management in executing strategic initiatives to grow revenue and improve store performance.
5. Maintain flexibility to multi-task across sales floor leadership, visual presentation and administrative duties.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and personalised service.
4. Energetic, self-starting attitude with a passion for fashion and brand representation.
5. Comfortable with store technology and point-of-sale systems; adaptable to process changes.
