1. Support store leadership in executing sales strategies to achieve personal and store targets.
2. Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
3. Coach and mentor sales associates on clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge to build lasting customer relationships.
4. Ensure consistent delivery of brand-standard customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.
5. Delegate tasks, manage shift coverage and multi-task across operational priorities to sustain store performance.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a frontline retail team.
3. Strong customer orientation with proven clienteling and relationship-building skills.
4. Flexible, proactive and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
5. Technologically comfortable with retail systems and digital sales tools.
