Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, execution of merchandising and selling strategies, and hands-on leadership.
2. Supervise day-to-day store operations including key opening and closing duties and other operational tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. Coach and mentor sales associates in styling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge to build lasting customer relationships.
4. Support upper management by executing strategic initiatives and contributing to local business plans and KPIs.
5. Foster a customer-centric environment by modelling high standards of service and empowering the team to meet client expectations.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams.
3. Strong clienteling aptitude with proven skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
4. Energetic, brand-forward attitude and a genuine passion for fashion.
5. Comfortable with operational responsibilities, multi-tasking and using retail technology.
