1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
2. Deliver elevated levels of customer service and build repeat clientele using the client book.
3. Demonstrate deep product and trend knowledge to advise clients on merchandise and styling.
4. Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations coordination and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
5. Operate Point-of-Sale systems and correctly execute all register functions in compliance with policies.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards: keep selling floor neat, organized and fully stocked.
7. Support inventory control: assist with stockroom maintenance, shipping/receiving procedures and participate in inventories.
8. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating to store management when appropriate.
9. Adhere to work schedule, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development initiatives.

1. Proven customer-service orientation with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Prior retail or luxury sales experience preferred; clienteling experience is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with Point-of-Sale procedures and basic register functions.
4. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasons.
5. Reliable, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; practical experience with client development, POS systems and inventory procedures is beneficial.
