1. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and elevated levels of service.
2. Build and maintain lasting client relationships using a client book and personalized follow‑up (shipping, alterations, special requests).
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across seasonal merchandise and fashion trends to advise clients effectively.
4. Operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system accurately; execute register functions and comply with sales policies and procedures.
5. Support stockroom and selling‑floor operations: receiving, shipping paperwork, inventory counts and merchandising to brand standards.
6. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Participate in training, meetings and store initiatives as directed by management; adhere to schedule and attendance policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience.
2. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele.
3. Comfortable using POS systems, handling cash and completing register transactions accurately.
4. Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation appropriate for a luxury brand.
5. Availability to work a flexible, part‑time schedule (including peak retail hours and weekends) as required by the store.
