1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
2. Deliver an elevated level of customer service by building and maintaining repeat clientele and utilising a client book.
3. Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across merchandise categories and advise clients on styling and fit.
4. Manage post-sale service details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising on the selling floor and ensure inventory is organised and replenished.
6. Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately and comply with all sales, shipping/receiving and register procedures.
7. Participate in inventories, training sessions and store meetings as directed by management.
8. Adhere to scheduled shifts and company time & attendance policies.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
5. Comfortable handling transactional tasks and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
