1. Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive sales and loyalty.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
2. Proven ability to meet sales targets and work proactively as a self-starter.
3. Strong client‑facing presence and enthusiasm for fashion and styling.
4. Adaptable, energetic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable using digital sales tools and omnichannel retail technologies.

At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion; experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling or CRM tools is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post‑secondary study in fashion, retail or business is a plus but not required.
