1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and relationship-building.
2. Deliver elevated, personalised client service and cultivate repeat clientele using a client book and proactive outreach.
3. Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across merchandise categories and advise clients on styling and fit.
4. Manage post-sale activities including shipping, alterations follow-up and fulfilment of special client requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
5. Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, including register functions, cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
6. Maintain the visual presentation, organisation and replenishment of the selling floor and stockroom; participate in inventory counts.
7. Support shipping and receiving procedures and associated paperwork in accordance with store policies.
8. Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in required training and store meetings.
