1. Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive individual and store sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, styling and clienteling.
3. Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including sales transactions, stock management and store presentation.
4. Leverage omnichannel tools to convert sales across in-store and digital touchpoints and fulfil client requests.
5. Collaborate with store leadership to ideate and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store performance.
6. Stay current on fashion trends and styling techniques to inform client recommendations and visual merchandising.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
2. Self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Highly motivated, energetic and comfortable engaging diverse clientele; acts as a brand ambassador.
4. Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion.
5. Technologically proficient and comfortable using retail sales platforms and omnichannel tools.
6. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced store environment and variable schedules.

At least 2 years of hands-on retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
