1. Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Execute store operational tasks with accuracy and professionalism (opening/closing procedures, merchandising and stock management).
3. Manage time and priorities effectively to achieve individual productivity goals and KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain client relationships through up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge and styling advice.
5. Collaborate with store management to develop creative initiatives to maximise personal and store sales.
6. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology.

1. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
2. Proven ability to meet sales targets and a self‑driven, results‑oriented approach.
3. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion.
4. Energetic, motivated and authentic brand ambassador with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Flexible, adaptable to a fast‑paced retail environment and open to ongoing development.
