- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships using a client book and clienteling techniques.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, resolving client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to guide client purchases and upsell when appropriate.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Execute Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor; assist with merchandising and visual standards.
- Support stockroom operations: receiving, shipping, inventory counts and related paperwork.
- Participate in inventories, training sessions and store meetings as directed by store management.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies and store operational guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build repeat clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support a retail schedule.
