- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and client retention.
- Drive sales performance, including Omnichannel sales, by leveraging in-store tools and company technology.
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy and professionalism (opening/closing, merchandising, stock handling).
- Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet individual productivity and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with store management to develop creative sales initiatives and maximize personal results.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in apparel or luxury retail.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Energetic, motivated and articulate; a genuine brand ambassador with strong customer focus.
- Customer service–obsessed with a passion for styling and current fashion trends.
- Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort using retail platforms and mobile tools.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service; luxury retail experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
