Michael Kors Sales Assistant

1. Replenish merchandise and maintain visual presentation on the sales floor, including unpacking, hanging and folding product
2. Perform stock checks for customers and to support sales associates; run go-backs and process merchandise moves
3. Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) accurately and efficiently while complying with POS policies and cash-handling procedures
4. Greet and engage customers warmly, respond promptly to inquiries, determine needs and direct clients to the appropriate sales associate
5. Support fitting room operations and collaborate with sales and stock teams to ensure a seamless client experience
6. Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies, and all sales-related procedures and loss-prevention protocols

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Authorized to work in the United States
3. Availability for part-time shifts including weekends and holidays
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude
5. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle routine stocking tasks (lifting and carrying merchandise)

Entry-level; prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment. Experience with POS transactions, stock management and basic merchandising is advantageous.
