1. Support the sales team by maintaining an organized, well-stocked and inviting sales floor.
2. Execute merchandising tasks and visual moves to ensure product presentation matches brand standards.
3. Perform stock checks for customers and sales associates; assist with inventory inquiries and replenishment.
4. Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and follow all sales-related policies and procedures.
5. Greet and engage customers warmly on arrival, answer product and store queries promptly and accurately.
6. Assist customers’ needs in the fitting rooms and collaborate with sales and stock teams to ensure a seamless experience.
7. Address client issues and escalate complex complaints to the appropriate sales associate or manager.
8. Maintain fitting rooms, cash wrap and back-of-house areas; run go-backs and ensure security tags are applied when required.
9. Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies and store operational procedures.

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Demonstrable customer service skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
3. Reliable availability including weekends, peak retail hours and holiday periods.
4. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
5. Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise, and perform physical tasks associated with stocking and visual merchandising.
